Shout
Shout is a free, confidential, and 24/7 text messaging service that provides mental health support in the UK for anyone who is struggling to cope.
SANEline
SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers.
They are normally open every day of the year from 4pm to 10pm on 0300 304 7000, serving Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Mind
Mind offer information and advice on all aspects of mental health and well-being.
Mind also offers Side-by-side; a supportive online community where you can be yourself.
Silver Line
Silver Line is a confidential, free helpline for people over 55 across the UK (24 hour service).
